About Our
Organization

Dr. Gerald McKenna founded the McKenna Recovery Center in 1989. Shortly thereafter, he opened another facility in Hilo in 1999. After a few years in 2004, Dr. Mckenna opened a third location in Honolulu.

 

The Honolulu Professionals Program in Honolulu has two programs, or tracks, in place to best assist each patient. When an individual comes to McKenna Recovery Center, we perform evaluations to ensure they are placed in the program that best suits their needs and helps foster recovery.
